With her high profile daughter out of sight, reportedly receiving help, Dina Lohan, mother of Lindsay, has been hit with a lawsuit. According to the NY Post's Page Six, Las Vegas businessman Antonio Almeida is suing DiLo, claiming she never repaid him $400,000 he allegedly loaned her four years ago. The money was allegedly exchanged to finance Lindsay’s singing career. A. Raymond Hamrick, legal counsel for Almeida, told The Post some of the sizeable sum was used for sessions with producer Emilio Estefan, Gloria’s husband, whom Lindsay recorded with. During the recording process, Lohan inked a deal with Casablanca Records and “my clients were out of their money,” Hamrick told the paper. Dina’s lawyer has a different take, telling the paper “you mean the funds he claimed he lent her?”
