Dina Lohan probably tried and tried and tried to get her daughter Lindsay on her new reality show, but Lindsay didn't budge. Lilo won't be appearing on her mother's upcoming reality show because she wants to be taken seriously as an actress and her father is happy she made that decision.

Michael Lohan said, "If she did decide to make an appearance on the show, then I'm behind her. But she needs to decide if she's a serious actress or a reality TV personality."

Lindsay doesn't seem to be the least interested in the show because when she was recently asked about it she said, "I don't know much about it (TV show)."

Dina probably only got a reality show because she promised that Lindsay will be on it and now she's not delivering. Not appearing on the show is probably the best thing Lindsay has done for her career in the past 2 years. How many seasons do you think this show will last?

Us magazine reports that a new reality show on E! will be called "Living Lohan" and that viewers "will go inside the Lohan's Long Island home ... to follow Dina as she works double duty as mom and manager to help Ali try to follow in her big sister's Lindsay famous footsteps."

A new program called Living Lohan is sure to garner the attention of many U.S. television viewers.

The show will bring audiences inside the New York home of Dina and Ali Lohan.

The series will begin on E! this summer.

There is no word yet on any type of premiere date for the series, and even the name of the show is still deemed a "working title."
