Jessica Biel is one of the “I’m not showing of my boobs” kind of celebrity that will not wear in public something hot no matter what. She’s just selfish, or by some appreciations, just too decent for this era. No need to waste any more words on her. If you’re a fan of her, I totally understand, if not, don’t waste your time on her.
