Sarah Michelle Prinze is a first-time mom! People.com reports that the actress and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. welcomed a baby girl Saturday, Sept. 19. A rep for the star tells People that the couple named their new baby girl Charlotte Grace Prinze, adding, "The family is over the moon." Sarah Michelle recently changed her last name from Gellar to Prinze, according to People.
