Ozzy Osbourne is to receive the Legend of Live honour at the upcoming Billboard Touring Awards.The rocker will be presented with the accolade at the event in New York on 5 November (09).The award, which recognises individuals who have made major contributions to live music, has previously been presented to Rolling Stones promoter Michael Cohl
