Kelly Clarkson fans in Minnesota were left disappointed on Sunday (30Aug09) after the singer cancelled her headline slot at the state fair just two hours before she was due on stage.The former American Idol winner arrived at the event to perform but pulled out following her soundcheck, when a doctor diagnosed her with "vocal issues."
