Ozzy Osbourne wishes La Toya Jackson had dressed up as her brother Michael at the pop icon's funeral.The former Black Sabbath rocker claims the siblings bare an uncanny resemblance to each other due to all the plastic surgery they have had, and thinks La Toya could pass for her brother in the right clothes.
