Singer Natalie Cole has reportedly been released from the hospital after undergoing a kidney transplant. Natalie left the hospital on Sunday and will continue her treatment at home, People magazine reports. "Natalie is continuing to do well under the circumstances," the singer's rep tells the publication. ET confirmed with Natalie's reps that the singer underwent kidney transplant surgery last Tuesday at a Los Angeles-area hospital. Her kidney came to her from a deceased donor through the One Legacy transplant agency.
