Liv Tyler is obsessed with hula hooping. The "Incredible Hulk" actress claims the only way she can stick to a fitness regimen is by making exercise enjoyable, adding using a plastic hoop to tone her tummy is her current favorite.

She said: "I recently got a hula hoop and I've been living in Los Angeles. I put my favorite song on and stand outside and hula hoop in every direction until the song is over and I'm all out of breath. It's really fun."
