Jeri Ryan says having to leave her baby for the first time to go back to work made her emotional.   "I cried," she tells People.com. The 41-year-old put her career on hold for a year so she could be with her baby girl Gisele, but now the actress is back for a role on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." The show films in New York, while Jeri lives in Los Angeles. "It was especially hard since I've been with her nonstop since she was born." Although it was difficult, she says it was time. "I milked [my maternity leave] for as long as anyone could milk it!" she says. "Now it's time to go back to work." Back in shape and looking fit as ever, she admits it was an effort. To get back her pre-baby bod, she does Pilates three times a week. "It took me 10 months to get back to normal," she adds. "It was a little frustrating, but I realize it's harder to take the weight off when you're 40."

"The Insider" can confirm that reality show star Holly Madison was examined Thursday after suffering pain in her side. Will she compete on "DWTS" next Monday?   Holly's rep tells us that the star received medical attention after experiencing pain in her rib area. "While she is not suffering from a broken rib, she does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and was prescribed pain medication," the rep says. Robert O'Ryan, the man accused of stalking Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson appeared in Superior Court Thursday in Los Angeles and entered a plea in the case. O'Ryan pleaded not guilty to all three counts against him -- one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle. His next court date is set for April 27. The 34-year-old was arrested after jumping a security fence at CBS Studios in Los Angeles where the hit ABC show "Dancing with the Stars" is filmed. Police said they found a loaded handgun and shotgun in his car, as well as love letters from O'Ryan to Johnson, 17. According to the incident report, O'Ryan stated that he had permanently left Florida to drive across the country to L.A. because he believes Johnson is "speaking to him personally through the television and via ESP and that he will be with her no matter what." Good news for all fans of Robert Pattinson The actor who claimed his worldwide fame through his portrayal of vampire Edward Cullen in Twilight has been reported to be in early talks to star in a new project from Summit Entertainment ? the romance-drama Memoirs.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Memoirs is the story of two star-crossed young lovers who meet and fall in love while struggling to deal with family tragedies. As they struggle to cope, their love is put to the test. This is rather similar to Pattinson's biggest hit Twilight, which was said to be a Romeo and Juliet movie with vampires. Details of his new character are yet to be shared though.
