Don't call him a mall cop -- or a mall rat! Seth Rogen brings his unique brand of comedy to the dark suburban satire 'Observe and Report,' and he tells "The Insider" that the suburban hangout was never really his domain growing up. "I skateboarded, and mall parking lots are a good place to do that, but I didn't have too much money, so I didn't spend that much time at the mall," he says. In theaters everywhere April 10, 'Observe and Report' finds Seth as Ronnie Barnhardt, the head of security -- and master of his domain -- at the Forest Ridge Mall. Spending his days confronting skateboarders, shoplifters and the occasional unruly customer, he dreams of trading in his flashlight for a badge and a gun after landing a coveted spot in the police academy. "Ronnie obviously is a very disturbed character," explains Seth, "but I think in his heart he's just a guy who isn't viewed by the world the way he wants to be viewed, and I think a lot of people can relate to that and have felt that way." When a flasher terrorizes the mall customers, Ronnie seizes his opportunity to catch the perpetrator and be noticed by his dream girl (Anna Faris) -- the hot make-up counter clerk who won't give him the time of day. "You haven't lived 'til Seth Rogen is on top of you, half naked," says Anna with a laugh. "We have this very brief but offensive love scene." Looking to improve on their 17-point samba that Len Goodman called "wooden" on Monday night, Holly and Dmitry danced first. And even Len had to concede: "You came out really hot tonight." Bruno Tonioli couldn't deny their hotness factor either, but added that Holly and Dmitry's "timing leaves a little bit to be desired." Carrie Ann Inaba added to Holly, "You kept your foot on the ground much better." The judges awarded the duo a total score of 18. 'Memoirs' would reteam Pattinson with 'Twilight' saga producer Summit Entertainment for a story about lovers whose fresh relationship is threatened by family tragedy. Director Allen Coulter ('Hollywoodland,' "The Sopranos" and "Damages") is in talks to helm the project, which is being rewritten by Jenny Lumet ('Rachel Getting Married'). Pattinson is currently focused on the sequel 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon,' scheduled for a November 20 release.
