Preparations are underway in Millbrook, NY for a funeral service to be held today for actress Natasha Richardson Local authorities blocked roads leading to the private estate belonging to Richardson and her husband Liam Neeson in upstate New York, where the hearse arrived on Saturday.  The road leading to St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Millbrook was also closed as friends and family prepared for a private memorial service, expected to take place at 2 p.m EST.  The Tony Award-winning actress passed away on Wednesday following a skiing accident earlier in the week. She was 45.
