Dolly Parton "Jolene" was Alexis Grace's waterloo on Wednesday night's "American Idol" results show. And she suspected that might be the case, she tells "The Insider." "I had a feeling I could be in the bottom three because of the I got," she admits, even as she hoped the fans that voted her into the Top 13 would carry her through. "The nerves got the best of me," she says. "You can't let that happen when you are on the show." Alexis' plans for the future are to return to Memphis and spend some time with her family -- and then continue her pursuit of a recording contract. "I am excited to go be a mommy again," she says. "It has been a while since I was with my daughter every day. I will feel complete." Next week -- due to the president's address to the nation -- "American Idol" will air the competition show on Wednesday at 8 p.m. on FOX.
