Dj-am Seeks $20 Million In Plane Crash Lawsuit
DJ-AM is seeking $20 million for damages and pain and suffering related to a Learjet crash that he survived last September. "The Insider" has the details. "The Insider" has obtained court papers filed last Friday by DJ-AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein. In the lawsuit against Learjet and others, Goldstein seeks $10 million for medical damages, lost earnings and profits, and economic damages. He also seeks $10 million for mental and physical pain and suffering. Goldstein, 35, and musician Travis Barker were the sole survivors of the South Carolina plane crash, in which four people lost their lives -- including Barker's assistant and bodyguard. Both Goldstein and Barker suffered serious burns as a result of the crash, which is still under investigation.[Read full story on The Insider]
