The "Dancing with the Stars" injuries continue to pile up -- and "The Insider" has the latest. Host Tom Bergeron announced at the top of tonight's dance competition that former 'Jackass' star Steve-O would not be performing tonight due to an injury. Steve-O's partner Lacey Schwimmer walked out solo at the opening of the show. Later on in the show, Schwimmer announced that Steve-O landed on his back while rehearsing their number only two hours before the taping of the live show, causing him to seek medical treatment at a hospital.  She also gave an update on Steve-O's condition, saying "nothing's broken," although there was extreme swelling.
