TOM HANKS’ actor son COLIN is stepping behind the camera to direct a new documentary about bankrupt music retailer Tower Records.The company was formed in Hanks’ native Sacramento, California back in 1960 and became a global music institute, before going bust in 2006.Hanks’ movie will chart the rise and fall of the record store.He says,
