"The Insider"'s got the details on Paris Hilton weekend-long birthday celebration in Las Vegas with rumored flame Doug Reinhardt and friends. Paris, Doug and 15 friends cruised by private jets to Vegas on Friday, pulling up at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in a caravan of Hard Rock SUVs. Paris and her entourage visited the hotel's Poker Lounge and later celebrated during a special party in the penthouse.  Paris was greeted at the penthouse with a full drum band playing and the room was decked out in balloons, crazy circus acts and a photo booth.  The reality star turned 28 last month.

Pop star Britney Spears makes a surprise visit to a hospital before her Miami concert. Spears, 27, posed for pictures with a group of sick children at Miami Children's Hospital hours before taking the stage on Saturday, the Associated Press reports. Spears later performed at Miami's American Airlines Arena as part of her Circus tour.  The singer is also donating $100,000 to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, which provides clowns to young hospital patients, the AP said.
