Actress-turned-rocker JULIETTE LEWIS has replaced her band THE LICKS with a new line-up called THE NEW ROMANTIQUES.The star formed Juliette and The Licks in 2004 and went on to release three albums with The Rock outfit.But the group disbanded last year (08) and now Lewis has formed a new act in their place.And the singer
