"The Insider" has the latest.. According to a report, the biological father of Michael Jackson two oldest children has been revealed. Sources tell Us magazine that Dr. Arnie Klein allegedly is the father of Jackson's son Prince Michael and daughter Paris, whose mother is Debbie Rowe. Klein is a Beverly Hills dermatologist and Rowe was a nurse at his practice in the 1990's.

"The Insider" talks to The Wall Street Journal for details about what they claim to be Michael Jackson will. Although it has yet to be filed with the court, it is believed a will written in 2002 is in the hands of a lawyer for the late superstar. The will allegedly divides his estate between his mother, three children and one or more charities. According to the WSJ, Michael died about $500 million in debt. They point out, however, that given his assets it is likely his total estate outweighs the debt by around $200 million. Meanwhile, Neverland Valley Ranch could hang in the balance. Due to defaulting on a $24.5 million loan, another entity owns the property. Since his death this past Thursday, at least two other wills have emerged, according to the WSJ reports. In her court filing Monday for temporary custody of the children, Michael's mother Katherine said she has not seen a will. As we reported, Katherine was appointed the temporary special administrator of her son's estate yesterday.

Johnny Depp gossiped about his "Public Enemies" co-stars in French. The 46-year-old actor has revealed he and French beauty Marion Cotillard would speak to each other in the European language so cast and crew members would not know what they were talking about.

Edward Chernoff, the lawyer for Michael Jackson personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray, told CNN that a 911 call was not made immediately when Jackson was found to be ill. Chernoff told CNN's Kiran Chetry that the lack of a phone line in Jackson's bedroom contributed to the delayed 911 call, and that his client performed CPR on Jackson for 25-30 minutes. When asked if 911 was called immediately, Chernoff said, "No, I mean look, not immediately. Dr. Murray is his personal physician, that is something you would want is for your doctor to be right there if you were going into cardiac arrest, he was there, especially a cardiologist, he was there to try to revive Michael." The lawyer goes on, "When it became clear that he could not revive him through CPR, then he sought to call 911. The problem, Kiran, is that in Michael Jackson home, the phones don't work. There's no outside line, at least in Michael Jackson bedroom, so [Dr. Murray] had to yell for help, get security up, and then at some point security called 911."

Breaking: Redmond O'Neal will be allowed out of jail for his mother, Farrah Fawcett funeral. According to court paperwork obtained by "The Insider," Redmond will be allowed to leave jail for three hours to attend Farrah's funeral. He will be allowed to wear civilian clothes, but will be accompanied by a sheriff during the funeral. He will not be allowed to go anywhere but the funeral during his time away from jail, and he and his family are responsible for transport and security fees incurred.

Joe Jackson, the father of pop icon Michael Jackson spoke Monday at a press conference outside of his Encino, Calif. home -- and he discussed how Jackson's children are doing, what memorial plans the family has, and addressed custody issues involving Debbie Rowe. Jackson addressed custody of Michael's three children, saying: "Of course, this is where they belong…we're the parents and….we're going to take care of them and give them the education they're supposed to have." Jackson also had this to say about the mother of two of Jackon's children, Debbie Rowe: "Debbie Rowe has nothing to do with what we're doing." Rev. Officials visited Michael Jackson rented home today and seized 'medications.' An official speaking outside of Jackson's rented home says that they seized the medications because of "information that was obtained by the Los Angeles Police Department, along with some questions that we had involving some of the medications." The official would not disclose the quantity of the medications. The official said that he and an investigator from the Coroner's office and an LAPD detective collected "some additional items as a result of our investigation and those items have been taken into custody as evidence and we'll be returning to our office to analyze some of the stuff." The official also noted, "The family has been extremely cooperative and we ask that you continue to respect their privacy."

A Los Angeles court has appointed Katherine Jackson as the temporary special administrator of her son, Michael Jackson estate. According to new court papers obtained by "The Insider," Katherine will have the power to administer aspects of her son's estate until a July 6 hearing. The judge states specifically that Katherine will be able "to control tangible personal property currently in the physical possession of a third party, and to marshal and secure such assets." In court papers filed by Katherine Jackson, she states, "Numerous bank accounts now exist that are in control of third parties, some of which accounts were used to pay expenses of [Michael Jackson's] parents' home." They also noted that "no one is appointed to speak on behalf" of Jackson's stake in the Sony-ATV Music Publishing catalog, which contains some of the Beatles library. Another point made in the papers was that "tangible person property" is "currently in the possession of a third party. Representatives of [Michael Jackson] previously had sought to have certain memorabilia of [Michael Jackson] sold at auction. The auction was canceled by [Jackson] but a former representative of [Jackson] still has possession of these items even though there is no authority for retention of the items." Other concerns Jackson raised in the papers were that they have not seen a will, and that at least one person has claimed he or she has power of attorney over Jackson. The court granted limited rights to Katherine and is expected to rule on the other requests on July 6.
