Victoria Beckham has reportedly had a third breast operation. The former Spice Girls singer has allegedly had implants taken out of her chest, reducing her bust from a size 34DD to a 34B.The alleged operation is believed to be part of a restyle for Victoria - who is married to soccer star David Beckham - to change her image from that of a soccer wife to a fashion designer.
