Less than a month after Sean Penn withdrew separation papers in regard to his marriage with Robin Wright Penn, he's pulling out of two films. Penn's rep confirmed to "The Insider" that he will not film 'The Three Stooges,' and 'Cartel,' but explained, "We indeed informed both productions that Sean was not available now. If for whatever reason the start dates on these productions were to be postponed, Sean would happily remain involved." Penn won the Oscar for Best Actor for his work in 2008's 'Milk.' According to court records filed in May, Penn requested to withdraw legal separation papers he had filed in April, marking the third time the couple withdrew divorce or separation papers in less than 18 months. In December of 2007, both Sean and Robin filed for divorce separately, both citing irreconcilable differences for the split. Penn filed for divorce on Dec. 7 of that year, but the case was dismissed by both parties on Dec. 18. Wright then filed for divorce three days later on Dec. 21. In April 2008, the divorce papers were dismissed at the couple's request. Sean, 48, and Robin, 43, began dating in the early '90s, marrying in 1996. The couple have two teen children together: daughter Dylan Frances and son Hopper Jack.
