Jessica Alba will not face charges for putting up shark posters in Oklahoma City. The Hollywood beauty - who was criticized last week when photographs emerged of her posing in front of buildings covered in giant images of the killer fish - has escaped charges of vandalism because property owners have accepted her apology.

Police Sergeant Gary Knight said: "The decision has been made to close the case. The case will not be presented to the district attorney's office."
