The producers of Patrick Swayze FBI drama "The Beast" are denying that the series has been canceled. A rep for the A&E network tells ET that no decision has been made about the show's fate. Swayze -- who continued shooting the series despite his diagnosis and treatment for pancreatic cancer last year -- stars in "The Beast" as an unorthodox FBI vet training a new partner while being pursued by a secret Internal Affairs team. The executive producer of "The Beast," John Romano, told ET earlier this year that the production team was confident about Swayze's return and the star had been ambitious about moving on with the show. "The Insider" confirms that iconic "Kung Fu" actor David Carradine has died at 72. His manager Chuck Binder says the actor arrived in Bangkok on Monday to film 'Stretch.' He was found dead Wednesday morning in his hotel room by a member of the production company.  There is speculation that the actor took his own life. Thai newspaper The Nation quotes a police source as saying he was found hanged in his hotel room. UPDATE: An employee at The Nation spoke with "The Insider" about their report, saying that Carradine had been invited to dinner with the film crew on June 3 and did not show up. They were unable to contact him, but believed he was resting because of his age. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the hotel says they are "currently cooperating with the Thai Police who are still investigating the matter. As investigations are presently in progress, we are not in a position neither to discuss this case nor reveal any details pertaining to the case, moreover out of respect for the family members."
