Rapper Ja Rule has been forced to postpone a concert in Australia after he ran into problems obtaining a work visa.The New York-based star was due to head Down Under for a gig in Melbourne on 25 August (09).But the show has now been pushed back to 29 August (09) after immigration authorities failed to
