Move over Serena and Blair. Hilary Duff is moving to the Upper East Side.The former "Lizzie McGuire" star has made some grown-up appearances on shows like "Law & Order" and "Ghost Whisperer" but Entertainment Weekly reports that Duff will be joining a multi-episode arc of "Gossip Girl," the hit CW show.
