A family member of Michael Jackson is revealing details about the night before the King of Pop's private and public memorials, describing an open-casket viewing of Jackson's body. David Fossett, 50, who is a cousin of Jackson's, described the appearance of the late pop icon, saying: "He looked like himself. He looked like he just was laying there sleeping," Fossett tells People about the Monday night viewing of Jackson's body at Forest Lawn in the Hollywood Hills. "He looked peaceful." Fosset tells People that family members, excluding Jackson's parents, attended the service and "talked to each other and cried." The relatives then headed to the Jackson family home in Encino, Calif. Jackson's cousin, who still lives in the pop icon's hometown of Gary, Indiana, described the night as having a "somber mood." Fosset also revealed to People that Jackson's three children, "Prince" Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7, were crying during the service and consoling one another. Jackson's gold casket was closed during his private memorial service Tuesday, says People.

Investigative reporter Diane Dimond, who has covered the life and career of Michael Jackson since 1993, sits down with "The Insider"'s Victoria Recano for the latest on the location of the King of Pop's body.   "My best information is that the body is at Forest Lawn waiting for the decision of where his final resting place will be," Diane tells Victoria. "We hear he may be in a crypt at Forest Lawn. We hear he may have already been cremated, but there is no crematorium at Forest Lawn, so the body may have been secretly moved to achieve that. If the family decides to put Michael in Neverland, state law says that he must be cremated. You can't put a body on private land. Will they try to get around that? I think that might be what the hold up is." Sources also tell Diane that there is a faction of the family that wants Michael interred at Neverland, while another faction wants to honor him by burying him now. As for rumors that there will be an open casket viewing of Michael's body at a second memorial, Diane says, "Sources tell me that the damage done to Michael's body -- maybe specifically his face when they were trying to revive him -- just doesn't lend itself to an open casket." Diane also says, "It reminds me about the fight over Anna Nicole Smith's body, and, finally, a judge had to say, 'You must bury this woman.'"
