Fans of Michael Jackson will be able to attend his memorial service next week (07Jul09) if they’re picked at random in an online ballot.Jackson devotees will have to register online for a chance to be allocated one of 11,000 free tickets which are to be made available for the public ceremony at Los Angeles’ Staples
