Clay Smith's Oscar Noms Recap & Predictions

The 81st Annual Academy Award nominations are in, and "The Insider" resident film guru Clay Smith weighs in on this year's choices, who was overlooked -- and who may take home the gold. Watch the video! "It was a big day for Oscar," says Clay. "A few snubs, a couple of surprises, plus the little movie that could." Of course, that little movie is director Danny Boyle 'Slumdog Millionaire,' which garnered 10 nominations, including Best Picture, behind 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button''s 13 noms. "The Best Picture race is going to come down to the battle between David & Goliath," says Clay. "'Slumdog' may be the underdog right now, but it just may end up the top dog come Oscar night."
