"The Insider" has confirmed that Sen. Edward Kennedy is at Washington Hospital Center -- and we have an update on the senator's condition. "The Insider" has learned that Kennedy, 76, is being evaluated at the hospital and is awake and answering questions. President Barack Obama placed a call to the hospital to check on Kennedy's status. The senator is at Washington Hospital Center with his wife Victoria, and his son Rep. Patrick Kennedy. Kennedy, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor last May, collapsed at the inauguration luncheon of President Obama on Tuesday.
