British moviemaker Terry Gilliam is still fighting reports his pal HEATH LEDGER was experimenting with drugs at the time he died a year ago (22Jan09) - because the actor was "clean".Ledger died from an overdose of prescription drugs he was taking to try and cure insomnia, but many suggested he was on much stronger narcotics
