An Alaska radio talk-show host had pointed out that federal regulations require members of the program to have a high school diploma, which Johnston does not have. The talk show host also suggested that Sarah Palin might have helped Johnston get the job in her position as Alaska governor, but she denied the allegation. Johnston's father Keith told reporters that it was his own work with the contractor that helped his son get the job, but he still advised Levi to resign and start working on his GED. Johnston and Bristol, 18, are engaged to be married and she gave birth to their son, Tripp, last month.

"The Insider" has obtained footage of John Travolta private plane landing at an adjacent airstrip by his Florida home.   The plane, a Twin-Jet Gulfstream 2, arrived Tuesday to the Travolta family's estate, an aviation community in Ocala, FL.
