Rebecca Romijn and husband Jerry O'Connell have welcomed twin girls into the world. U.S. radio presenter Howard Stern - a close friend of the couple - announced the "Ugly Betty" actress had given birth to her daughters on his show Monday morning.Rebecca delivered the tots on December 28 and the happy couple have named them Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip.
