A press conference was held this evening in the Bahamas during which funeral home officials revealed the cause of death of John Travolta and Kelly Preston son, Jett. Keith McSweeney, the funeral director, said that the 16-year-old's cause of death was from "a seizure disorder," while assistant funeral director Glen Campbell confirmed to "The Insider" that Jett's remains are to be cremated this evening and then expected to be transported via Travolta's private plane to Florida sometime within the next 24 hours. After the news conference, Obie Wilchcombe, a family friend and member of the Bahamian parliament, talked about Jett's love of life and his special bond with his father. "[John had] love for his son, and his son showed his love for him," said Wilchcombe, adding that it was clear that Jett was truly enjoying his last days in the Bahamas. "You could see it," he said. "He's always having a good time here. … Jett loved the water here; he loved to go into the water, so when he and his father went swimming, everybody saw that. "John Travolta has an incredible way of making you feel bigger than life; he makes you feel bigger than you are, so that's what he did for the residents," he continued. "His son also had that charisma, and his son was able to express it in his way, so he got close to the community, close to the employees.
