In similar reports, Anthony is said to have been seen partying without his wedding band on at nightspots in New York and Las Vegas.
For deejay Samantha Ronson, and girlfriend Lindsay Lohan it wouldn't be the New Year if they didn't have a party to attend. Despite recently being hospitalized for exhaustion, Ronson and Lohan are in Miami to ring in the New Year.

Ronson and Lohan were spotted Monday night at Louis Bar Miami at Gansevoort South, where they were seen relaxing. Ronson has a deejay gig New Year's Eve at Mansion.
"Marley & Me" star Jennifer Aniston loves to spend time with her friends. The former star of the long-running sitcom "Friends," spent Christmas Eve with former "Friends" star Courteney Cox Arquette, her husband David and their daughter Coco.

There has been a long-standing joke in Hollywood that actor Kevin Bacon is separated from everyone by six degrees. That six degrees just got a little too close for Bacon and wife Kyra Sedgwick.

The famous couple are reportedly victims of Bernie Madoff's $50 billion Ponzi scheme. Bacon's rep, Allen Eichorn, told New York Magazine on Tuesday the rumor that Madoff swindled the couple is true. "I can confirm that they had investments with Mr. Madoff - no further specifics or beyond that," he said.

Dane Cook manager and half-brother has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars from the funnyman and film star, and now he has been arraigned in a Massachusetts District Court in connection with the case. Darryl McCauley, 43, is being charged today with Larceny over $250 (2 counts), Forgery, and Larceny by Continuous Scheme. He pled not guilty and was ordered held on $3 million cash bail. McCauley, who was arrested Tuesday evening without incident, has been Cook's business manager since the early 1990s and was responsible for the comedian's financial affairs. He is accused of transferring millions of Cook's earnings into his own personal accounts for his personal use, and in one instance he is accused of forging a three million dollar check written from Cook's account to himself. "The Insider" has confirmed that all charges against 'Hairspray' star Nikki Blonsky and America's Next Top Model" contestant Bianca Golden stemming from a July airport melee have been dropped. A case is proceeding, however, against one individual involved in the fight. Nikki's father, Carl, still faces charges of assault and inflicting grievous bodily harm for his involvement in the scuffle, which could land him in jail for up to five years. It was on July 29 that Nikki and Bianca's families faced off at the Providenciales International Airport in the Turks and Caicos islands. Both stars admit there was an argument that led to violence in the terminal, and Nikki says the fight erupted when Bianca's family became angry that some passengers were saving seats in the departure area. A fight ensued, leading to the arrest of Nikki, her father and Bianca. Bianca's mother, Eleine Golden, was airlifted to Florida with a head injury.
