The Jett Travolta Foundation has been established in memory of John Travolta and Kelly Preston son, Jett, who passed away last month at the age of 16. John Travolta’s official Web site says the foundation will work to “assist and provide relief to children with vision, hearing, mobility, communication, behavioral learning impairments or other special medical, environmental, health or education needs.” For more details, or to make a donation, click here.
