Celine Dion has a "crazy" stalker. A 41-year-old man was arrested outside the 'Falling into You' singer's Canadian home for allegedly following the singer.The man reportedly pressed the intercom at the mansion's front gate on Friday night and demanded to see Celine or her husband Rene Angelil.
