Ryan Adams has become engaged to his on-and off girlfriend, actress and singer Mandy Moore On Tuesday, the couple were spotted grocery shopping in LA with Mandy sporting a ring on her engagement finger.

Moore and the 34-year-old rocker reportedly began dating at the end of 2007 and split during summer 2008 before getting back together in recent weeks. The "A Walk to Remember" actress confirmed the engagement to People magazine; however, no further details have been released.
