"The Insider" has learned that Whitney Houston is planning to take the stage and perform at a high-profile party this weekend -- and she's announcing big music news! The vocal powerhouse will sing at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. Davis is Chief Creative Officer of Sony Music Entertainment and a longtime friend of Whitney's. "The Insider" has also learned that Whitney plans to release a new album this year.
