Leonardo DiCaprio must lose 30lbs for his new film. The 34-year-old actor has embarked on a new diet and exercise regime to help shed the pounds ahead of a fight sequence for action movie "Inception."

A source said: "Leonardo needs to shed at least 30lbs. He's gained weight recently and looks almost a bit flabby, which isn't good, especially as the camera adds pounds."
