Eva Longoria-Parker is planning to open a new Beso restaurant in Las Vegas. The "Desperate Housewives" actress-turned-restaurateur will unveil the new branch of her popular Hollywood-based Mexican eatery - a favorite with celebrities - on New Year's Eve 2010.Eva said: "Vegas has the most energy in the world. It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu."
