"The Insider" can confirm that music star George Michael was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in a car crash in England on August 14. A spokesperson for the Thames Valley Police tells us that around 1 a.m., a Land Rover and another vehicle collided. Officers arrested the driver of the Land Rover, a 46-year-old man, and took him into police custody. He was later released without charge at 5:55 a.m. The police spokesman tells us there were minor injuries and no one went to the hospital. In 2007, Michael pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and consequently wasn't allowed to drive for two years, says the BBC.
