Alana Stewart is opening up in her new book about her late best friend Farrah Fawcett's cancer battle, and she's also ing on affair rumors. Alana is "shocked" by rumors that she had an "inappropriate relationship" with Farrah's longtime companion Ryan O'Neal during Farrah's final days. "[Ryan's son Griffin O'Neal] made allegations that Ryan and I may have had some sort of inappropriate relationship while Farrah was dying. ... I'm sorry, it's despicable for anyone to say that. I'm shocked that anyone could really even think that." She also clears up reports that Ryan was only with Farrah for her money, saying, "They were together over 30 years and, frankly, Ryan always had a lot more money than Farrah. ... I feel like I have to set the record straight -- he was very generous with Farrah. He always was." A portion of the proceeds from Alana's book about Farrah, which is called "My Journey With Farrah," will go to the Farrah Fawcett Foundation to support cancer research.
