A trial date has been set in the lawsuit involving Morgan Freeman after a car wreck in 2008.   Demaris L. Meyer, the female passenger in the car, sued the actor last February, the Associated Press reports. Meyer says that Freeman was at fault for the accident that occurred last year in Mississippi in which the car the actor was driving left the road and flipped several times, the AP says. Freeman denies he was at fault, but both he and Meyer were injured in the accident. The trial is set to take place on August 9, 2010 in Oxford.
