A songwriter who helped pen tracks for Kylie Minogue and GABRIELLE has reportedly been arrested after a bust-up in a bar.Julian Gallagher, who worked with the Aussie singer on her 2001 album Fever, was allegedly held by police after an argument with staff at Smollensky’s in London.The songwriter and his wife Jane were arrested on
