Nineteen-year-old Casey Aldridge ? boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears and father to her 10-month-old daughter, Maddie ? was involved in a car accident early Sunday morning, suffering mild brain trauma when the truck he was driving crashed and flipped on a Louisiana highway, ejecting Aldridge and two of his four passengers.
