Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears' boyfriend and baby daddy, is in stable condition after the truck he was driving crashed early Sunday morning, sources tell E! News. The 19-year-old Aldridge was driving his Ford F-250 truck in rural Tensas Parish, La. around 1:20 a.m. with four male friends when he lost control of his vehicle. Aldridge's truck flipped over at least once after he drifted off the road and overcorrected.
