Country star and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Chuck Wicks set the record straight on Monday night as to whether or not he will propose to his girlfriend and partner Julianne Hough on live television. "The ballroom proposal will not happen," Chuck assures "The Insider". "Of course I want to, I just don't want to do it on 'Dancing with the Stars.'"
