Madonna may have been a little more discombobulated after taking a tumble off a horse last weekend than originally reported. In a report obtained by "The Insider," police responded to an "aided case" made by Madonna, who according to the accident report, was a "victim of fall from horse." Now her rep reveals the superstar fainted after being knocked from the animal's back. "Madonna fainted twice after falling off of the horse," she tells "The Insider." The singer is recovering and under observation. "She's bruised and very grateful it wasn't worse," her rep added.

Simon Cowell isn't leaving "American Idol" just yet but the judge reveals one thing that would definitely cause him to consider leaving -- read on for more details. According to The Hollywood Reporter, when asked if he would stay on "American Idol" if the show were to sink in the ratings, Cowell replied: "Absolutely not." "Being No. 1 is verging on an obsession with me," he tells the trade paper. "I don't like being No. 2. I don't mind when you start at No. 10 -- people don't always go on as No. 1 -- and you've got somewhere to go. But if you're at the point you've reached it, of course you want to stay there." Cowell's contract with Fox will expire after the next "Idol" season and there has been speculation about whether or not he will stay with the show or take on a new project.

The star of HBO's newest drama, "The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency," gave birth to Jett Hamilton Roberts at 4:20 p.m. on April 20, according to People.com. The baby boy weighed 7 lbs, 8 oz. at birth, according to People, which reports that Scott discovered she was pregnant the day she was scheduled to leave for Botswana to film the HBO show. She told the mag: "At one point, I was trying to gain weight for the role, and I noticed I had put on 7 lbs. in seven days. "And I thought, my God! What's going on here? I thought something was wrong with me, and I found out I was pregnant the day I was supposed to leave for Africa." Scott and Roberts, a drummer, have been engaged since last June, People reports.
