Rod Stewart has called on musicians to perform on the streets of Britain and raise money for a cancer charity.The Maggie May hitmaker kicked off his career in the 1960s by singing on the streets of France.The 64 year old is now patron of Busking Cancer 2009, which raises money for Cancer Research U.K. -
