Gwyneth Paltrow has branded a former friend "venomous and dangerous" is glad she's out of her life. The "Iron Man" star was appalled at the conduct of her unnamed pal who Gwyneth believes deliberately tried to damage her life.

She explained: "Back in the day, I had a 'frenemy' who, as it turned out, was pretty hell-bent on taking me down."
